About The Founder

Prince Blair is an Author, Minister, Evangelist, Teacher,  Entrepreneur and Leader of Men with a heart for people. 

He was born and raised in Queens, New York, in a single-parent household.  This "prodigal son" grew up in the Baptist Church and knew God early in his childhood. As time passed, this Christian foundation proved to manifest itself later in his life. Succumbing to the forces of his environment, his life began to take a downward spiral into darkness, however by the grace of God, Prince rose to become the Champion he remains today..

Prince holds a bachelor's degree from ITT Technical Institute and has worked in the technology field for over 30 years. He has always been an analytical and forward thinker, however his passion is to save boys from self-destruction by teaching them their identity, possibilities and responsibilities as they grow into manhood. Prince has taken gang members, drug dealers and lost boys off the street corners in some of the worst neighborhoods of New York. Their future seemed dim but through his guidance, Prince was able to witness change for so many, including self-respect and a positive attitude. Many of these young men have gone on to become highs school & college graduates who got viable employment and turned their life around for the better.

His outreach initiatives span working with young men, the incarcerated & released populations and he serves in various capacities as a Motivational Speaker & Mentor offering his BREATHE OUT program to serve those in need.

 As a dedicated member of the Greater Allen Cathedral in Queens, New York, with over 25K members, Prince was assigned as the Director to lead the young men mentoring program: Rites of Passage. Prince also led the Men's Ministry , Prison Ministry and served as Associate to his pastor. In New York, Prince attended Nyack Seminary College and received a Certificate of Theology. Upon relocating with his family to Georgia, God led him to Tabernacle of Praise Church International and he answered his call to ministry. Prince is a licensed and ordained Minister in New York & Georgia.

Prince has been married for 20 years (and counting) to his lovely wife Michelle, whom he affectionately calls "Glorious," has two children: Destiny & Prince Jr., who are his motivation and is the proud grandfather of Damon.

Prince believes that there is a Champion in every man and is committed to helping them discover the Champion within themselves especially thru the services and benefits of his BREATHE OUT program.
